I had several pairs of boots that needed new heels and rejuvenation. Unfortunately I don't have before and after pictures but Zak did a beautiful job of restoring my boots to like new and the new heels are by far better than the original heels. I'm very pleased with the quality of work, well worth the cost, as you get what you pay for here.

Great place to take footwear for repairs. the gentleman has been in the business for years and is very knowledgeable. Worth the price of getting repairs done there. He repaired zippers in a pair of my boots and I know I will be wearing them for years to come. Great workmanship.

The owner of Whiteoaks Shoe Repair is an amazing man! He made my fiancée's Christmas by repairing her favourite moccasins just in time for Christmas! The tongue came out of a nearly new pair of shoes I wear to referee football. Zak came to the rescue quickly, happily and efficiently. He repaired the damage and also reinforced the other shoe. I highly recommend him.

Today Zack knocked it outta the park on my pair of Air Jordan V Fresh Prince shoes. He took the time to craft in shoe lace holes in these shoes for me so I could lace em up!! If anyone’s looking for custom mods on rare kicks this man is a must see. A little pricey but the repair was far cheaper than a new pair of boots. The gentleman there was very helpful and accommodating. My boots came back looking amazing. It's hard to find a quality shoe repair place but I'll keep coming back here.
